If you didn’t receive the 6-digit code via SMS to verify your phone number, don’t worry! Here are some quick steps to help you out:

1. Make sure your phone number is correct

  • Double-check that you selected the correct country from the dropdown and entered your phone number without spaces or special characters.
  • Example: Enter 2914320702, not 291 432 0702 or (291) 432-0702.

2. Wait a few minutes

  • Sometimes, SMS delivery may take a little longer depending on your mobile carrier.
  • Please wait up to 5 minutes before requesting a new code.

3. Check your mobile signal

  • Ensure your phone has a strong mobile network connection (Wi-Fi won’t help here since the code comes via SMS).
  • Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off to refresh your network connection.

4. Tap ā€œResend codeā€

  • If the code hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, use the ā€œResend codeā€ option that appears below the input boxes.
  • You can request a new code after 60 seconds.

5. Restart your phone

  • Sometimes restarting your phone can help reset the connection to your mobile network and allow the SMS to come through.

6. Try with another phone number

  • If you have access to a different number, try using it to complete the verification.
