Why is my account restricted?
Our systems continuously monitor for unusual or potentially high-risk activity. If something is flagged, we may request additional documentation to confirm that everything is in order. This is a standard security process and does not necessarily mean you’ve done anything wrong.What do I need to do?
- Check your email: We’ve sent you a message with instructions on what documents are needed.
- Respond promptly: You must send the requested documentation within 10 days.
- Reminder: If we don’t receive a response after 5 days, we’ll send you a follow-up email.
What happens if I don’t respond?
If we don’t receive the requested information within the 10-day period:- Your account may be permanently closed.
- Any open positions may be liquidated.
- In some cases, you may lose access to your funds.
