No! Your Roxom account does not have a password. You can log in using your Google account or with your email, where a unique access code will be sent to you each time you want to sign in.

I’m not receiving my access code via email, what should I do?

If you just requested the code, please wait a few minutes. If it still hasn’t arrived, you can request a new code. Also, make sure you entered your email address correctly.

My email access code expired, what should I do?

You can request a new code at any time. Just keep in mind that the codes are valid for 30 minutes.
