What documents are accepted?
Your proof of address must clearly show your full name, residential address, and the issue date. We accept the following types of documents:- Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet, or landline phone), issued within the last 3 months
- Bank or credit card statement, issued within the last 3 months
- Rental agreement or lease contract, signed and dated
Document guidelines
- The document must be recent (within the last 3 months, unless itβs a long-term rental contract).
- All details must be clearly visible (no blurriness, glare, or cropped sections).
- Accepted file formats: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, or PDF (maximum 50 MB).
- Only one document is required for proof of address.
How to submit it
- Take a clear photo or upload a scanned copy of your document.
- Ensure the document shows your full name, address, and issue date.
- Upload the file via the Upload file section in the KYC flow.
